At NOXE, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Defective or damaged product received
  • Incorrect size received

Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order to request an exchange.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation must be provided
  • Product must not be damaged by the customer

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for exchange.

Return Policy

NOXE currently does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, color differences caused by screen settings, or personal preference issues.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our support team through WhatsApp or email
  2. Share your order details and product images
  3. Our team will review the request and guide you further

Customers may be required to send the product back before the replacement is dispatched.

Shipping Charges for Exchanges

  • Customers may bear delivery charges for size exchanges
  • NOXE will cover shipping costs only in case of incorrect or damaged items

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items may not qualify for exchange:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without tags or original packaging
  • Customized or altered items
